One standard, flexible support

The learning direction uses shared objectives with options to work through an explanation, try with hints or attempt a more independent challenge. Support should change with the skill being demonstrated—not lock someone into a permanent beginner or experienced track.

Understand what completion means

Training completion, independent assessment and a professional credential are separate achievements. Completing Foundations does not award a CEA professional credential. Read the certification distinction.

Later estimating and leadership stages are part of the academy’s longer-term direction, not programs available to enroll in today. Prices, opening dates, durations and access periods are not announced.
