CEA aims to make practical estimating learning understandable and usable. This page explains the website's approach and how to report a barrier without claiming completed human validation.
Using this website
The candidate uses semantic headings, descriptive links, labeled form controls and a skip-to-content link. Navigation and document-preview controls are designed for keyboard operation. Layouts adapt to narrower screens and reduced-motion preferences.
Program-update errors explain which field needs attention. The form is a preview only; nothing is sent or stored. Selected plan images include alternative descriptions and do not act as the source for an exact measurement exercise.
Review remains ongoing
Automated accessibility checks help find technical issues. They do not replace evaluation by people using assistive technology. Human screen-reader use, practical keyboard navigation and zoom/reflow review remain part of acceptance before launch. No accessibility certification or complete conformance claim is made here.
